Back in December, the extremely talented miniaturist and video extraordinaire behind ChelseaMakes, Chelsea Andersson, reached out to see if I'd be interested in making some miniature food for a top-secret project for Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay. One look at the menu, and heck yeah, I was all in!

In total, I re-created seven different dishes based on photos on Lucky Cat's Instagram account. From there, Chelsea made a series of AMAZING reels highlighting the food, drinks, bar and incredible view from the restaurant (seriously, her videos are top-notch) counting down to the grand opening of Lucky Cat's newest location at Bishopsgate. 

This collaboration was so much fun, and I'm so honored to have had the opportunity to work with Chelsea on this!

• Tuna tartare with chili crunch, golden egg yolk and ponzu
• Matcha bao with tuna tartare, caviar and gold leaf
• Gyoza filled with tender pork and fiery kimchi, finished with yuzu shichimi
• Lobster siu mai, finished with kimchi gel and sesame
• Signature sushi roll
• Salmon nigiri
• Spiced lamb chops, chili sauce and tofu cream
