My name is Erika, and I create a variety of miniatures, including food, decorations, and accessories. All my miniatures are handmade in the USA using high-quality materials. I take pride in my craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Meet the Artist
Hi, I'm Erika!
I'm a multimedia artist with a passion for miniatures, storytelling, and all things richly detailed. My creative work is inspired by a love for supernatural and psychological thrillers. When I'm not creating, I'm reading, cooking flavorful meals and writing about food, or spending time with my family in St. Cloud, Florida.
In addition to my love of miniatures, I am also a classically trained violinist and pianist. I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in visual journalism.
I've been married to my husband, Tom, for nearly 20 years, and our home life has always included our beloved pets. We own a pet photography business together, as well. We've said goodbye to four senior companions in recent years, and while that has been deeply painful, we continue to cherish the two still with us - Ella, our 11-year-old cat, and Lexie, our 17-year-old miniature dachshund. They are at the heart of everything I do.
A Love for All Things Small
How It Started
My love of miniatures began in 2016, when I decided to learn needle felting. Needle felting is a sculpture technique that uses wool and other fibers to create small, detailed objects. I was immediately hooked on the process, and I quickly began creating adorable little mice. Many of my mice were cooking-related characters, and I soon started selling them online.
As business grew, I began to explore other materials, such as polymer clay. Polymer clay is a type of modeling clay that can be baked to harden.
I loved the versatility of polymer clay, and I soon began creating all sorts of miniature food items, such as cakes, pies, and pastries.
My Miniatures Today
I've had the honor of being featured in numerous print publications, including American Miniaturist, DollsHouse & Miniature Scene, and Dollshouse World.
My work as a multimedia artist centers on scale, detail, and emotional storytelling. I create miniatures that invite close attention, often drawing on the atmosphere of supernatural and psychological narratives.
Influenced by the layered suspense of authors like Stephen King, my pieces explore the tension between the seen and unseen, the real and imagined.
