Every miniature in my collection is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted in my Florida studio with great care and attention to detail. Because each piece is made by hand, I've put together the information below to answer some of the most common questions about ordering, shipping, returns, and cancellations.

If you ever have a question that isn't answered here, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm always happy to help.

Order Processing

Many of the miniatures in my shop are handcrafted, and processing times vary depending on the item you've ordered.

  • In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Backordered items are handcrafted to order and typically ship within 3–4 weeks.
  • Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated timeframe listed on their individual product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and backordered or pre-order items, it may be held and shipped together once all items are ready. If you need part of your order sooner, please feel free to contact me before placing your order.

If an unexpected delay occurs beyond the estimated processing time, I'll reach out using the email address provided with your order.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout, so please take a moment to verify your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information whenever available.

While I carefully package every order to help ensure it arrives safely, I cannot guarantee carrier delivery times or be responsible for delays caused by weather, shipping carriers, customs processing, or other circumstances outside my control.

If a package is returned because an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address was provided, additional shipping charges may be required before it can be resent.

Returns

I genuinely want you to love your miniature.

If your purchase isn't quite right, please contact me within 3 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

Approved returns must be mailed back within 14 days of delivery and should be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned in their original packaging whenever possible

For your protection, I recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. The Petite Provisions Co. cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, I'll issue a refund for the purchase price of the product to your original payment method, typically within 3 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Unless the return is the result of shipping damage or an error on my part, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many pieces are handcrafted specifically for each customer, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Made-to-order items specifically identified as non-returnable
  • Digital products or downloadable content

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Every order is carefully inspected before it leaves my studio.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery.

To help me resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Photographs of any shipping damage

I'll work with you promptly to determine the best solution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.

Orders may be canceled before they have shipped. Because many items begin production shortly after an order is placed, I cannot guarantee that cancellation requests received after work has begun can be accommodated.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Handmade Nature of My Miniatures

Every miniature from The Petite Provisions Co. is individually handcrafted.

Slight variations in wood grain, fabric placement, paint application, color, texture, or other artistic details are a natural part of the handmade process. These subtle differences make every piece unique and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are intended to represent each item as accurately as possible. However, because every piece is handmade and screen settings vary from device to device, minor differences may occur.

Scale Information

Unless otherwise noted, my miniatures are created in 1:12 scale for collectors, dollhouses, and miniature displays.

Please review product dimensions carefully before purchasing to ensure the item is appropriate for your project.

Care & Safety

My miniatures are intended for adult collectors.

Many items contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 14 years of age.

To help preserve your miniature, display it indoors in a dry environment and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, or extreme temperatures.
