Custom and personalized orders

We gladly accept custom orders, but all payment must be received in full before work will begin. Custom orders will be cancelled in 2 weeks if they are not purchased.

Care instructions

While the items sold on our Site are cute and tiny, they are NOT toys and are not intended for children. Due to the item’s size, they may post a choking hazard. These items are for serious adult collectors only. They are artisan collectibles made for display and decorative purposes only. They are not edible. All items are fabricated in a smoke-free studio with pets on premises. If you have allergies, please notify us before purchasing.

Returns & Cancellations

We want you to be delighted with your order! Please be sure to read item descriptions carefully to ensure the item you order meets your expectations!

If your order arrives damaged, let us know within 3 days of receiving it and retain all packaging so We can file a damage claim or assist you in filing a claim with the shipping service. You may be asked to take photos. For items damaged in transit we strive to provide a full refund.

If you change your mind and no longer want the item you purchased and wish to return your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it. We will refund you the price you paid for the item (excluding shipping and tax) after we have received the return, so long as the item is returned in original condition within 14 days of your receiving the item and include delivery tracking/confirmation.

We only accept order cancellations if the item has not yet shipped.

Shipping

Please note that while we will ship all orders of IN STOCK items within 1-3 business days, we cannot guarantee actual delivery time. If an item is not in stock but is available for backorder, it will be handmade to order for you. This process takes between 2 and 4 weeks. If your order includes both in stock and made to order items, your order will not ship until all items are completed. Estimated delivery times are provided, but ultimately the timeframe is dictated by the carrier.

Orders shipped to destinations in the US will ship via USPS First Class Mail, which includes tracking and is the most affordable option to ship small items. USPS Priority Mail upgrades are available.

International orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail, which includes tracking and is the most affordable option to ship outside the United States.

We use calculated shipping for the most accurate postage rates, and will combine shipping on multiple items when possible.
