Snowfall Ground Feeder

This winter ground feeder captures a quiet moment at the edge of a snow-covered miniature garden. A small terracotta pot rests on its side, partially buried in sculpted snow, with mixed bird seed spilling naturally across the surface.

The snowy base is softly textured and intentionally uneven, evoking freshly fallen snow disturbed by passing birds. Subtle variations in seed placement and snow buildup make each piece unique while maintaining a cohesive, understated winter aesthetic.

Every detail is intentionally imperfect, giving the feeder a sense of stillness and authenticity that feels rooted in the winter landscape.

Perfect tucked beneath a tree, near a porch path, or paired with a hanging feeder in a winter garden vignette. This piece is entirely handmade; while multiple feeders are available, each one varies slightly and no two are exactly alike.

FAQs

Do you work in any other scales besides 1:12?

At this time, I create my miniatures exclusively in 1:12 scale. Due to my current production schedule, I’m unable to accommodate requests for pieces in other scales.

Are these items suitable for children?

My miniatures are designed for adult collectors and are intended for display and decorative use only. They are not toys and are not suitable for children due to their small size and delicate components.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! I welcome select custom commissions and love bringing special miniature ideas to life. Please contact me with a few details about what you have in mind, and I’ll let you know whether the project is a good fit for my current schedule.
